SOUNDHEALING

"Sound therapy is the oldest form of therapy in the world, since the First Mother sang lullabies to the first baby and the first humans gathered around the first fire."⁣

¿What is Soundhealing?

Before birth, we develop in the womb in a sound environment. We hear our mother's voice, the beats of her heart, her breathing, the pulsations of her arteries, as well as external sounds from the environment. The baby absorbs these sounds through vibrations in its body, in addition to hearing them with its ears, which generate certain reactions in the baby.

If we take a moment to observe and become aware, we’ll notice that we are continuously exposed to external sounds, such as voices, traffic, construction noise, rain, etc.

In addition to our internal sounds, such as breathing, emotions, thoughts, and bodily fluids, all of which compose our internal frequency.

Everything is vibration!

Sound is vibration; it is energy that moves and affects our body. These sounds (vibrations) cause a reaction within us, either "positive or negative," altering our natural vibrational frequency.

We are vibratory beings, each resonating with our own musical notes, and no two notes are the same in this world. Each note has its frequency, which is altered by how we live from birth throughout our lives.

Some of us may sound more high-pitched while others may sound more bass, which is why we sometimes feel more comfortable or uneasy with certain people, due to the principle of resonance.

Tuning your note is returning to your nature, recovering your health, and feeling good about yourself.

Sound therapy is a technique that has been used in recent decades, especially in Western countries, and has become an approach adopted by scientific and medical communities.

The sounds of Tibetan bowls are pure vibration, based on the principle of resonance, where a stronger vibration influences a weaker one.

When we experience pain or discomfort, our vibrational frequency is disrupted, causing us distress. Applying a frequency to the area of the body that needs it helps balance the vibrations and restore our health, releasing trapped emotions from our body.

"The physical effect of sound has a profound influence on the human body. The entire mechanism—muscles, blood circulation, nerves—is driven by the power of vibration. Just as each sound is resonant, the human body is a living resonator of sound. Sound affects every atom in the body, and therefore, each atom resonates.” Hazrat Inayan Khan
