For whom it is?Personalized session are adapted to the needs of each person.
It is not recommended in people with pacemakers, epilepsy or pregnant women (since the bowls are placed on the body). Pregnant women are able to join the group sessions.
Sound healing is a complementary therapy, it is preventive and progressive. Not necessarily one has to be sick to receive a session. In a single session you can feel changes but like all therapy, to see results it is advisable to perform several sessions, everything will depend on the need for each individual.
